My car was there most of the day, but it did not get fixed (even though I got a call that said it was ready. Jacob was very conscientious and was sorry about what happened.
Hassan Sarum did a very good job getting all of my concerns addressed, especially the squeaky automatic driver’s seat, which was not addressed the last time I brought my car in for service and reported it.
Since the driver seat needed a new rail part, which took a extra time to order, the only thing Hassan could have doe better would’ve been to keep me updated more frequently. Say, once in the late afternoon, and once in the evening on Friday and Saturday. I had to call and leave a message early Friday afternoon to find out what was going on.
Oh and the ES 300h loaner was very nice to drive. So much better than the hybrid cars from 3-4 years ago. And the iPhone interface is very good.
Excellent service, manners and good ears to listen and write down the customer's concerns on maintainance erequirement.

It took three visits to resolve and even in the third visit I had to ask them to bring it back in the shop to complete the work.
Everything from making my service appointment, changing my arrival time and being served by intake staff and especially RGD was excellent! Everything went as smooth as glass including eventual pickup of my vehicle. Thanks RGD!!
