Jacob went above and beyond. I’ve never had a service advisor that I trust more than him and I would never use or go to anyone else.
My service experience has consistently been positive every time I bring my car in. Everyone is always so welcoming, friendly, & attentive from the person who first greets me to the last person who brings me my car. I’m so appreciative that RGD was able to have my car serviced while I waited so that I didn’t have to get a loaner car, which saved me a second trip!

My appointment was for 1:00. I arrived at one, pulled into a line & waited ten minutes before anyone approached me. I waited another ten minutes before I was told to be patient. Everyone seemed very disorganized.
This was not the case on my prior two services.
I assume this was because of your remodeling.
