I had a 12pm appointment. I was on time & at 1:05pm I went to check on my truck & it was still parked in the lot. Someone should have called me & told me to show up later, instead of sitting for an extra hour, for no reason.
Gary is a fantastic representative and always takes care of or needs with the utmost kindness and professionalism. 10 out of 10, thank you Gary!

At this time, i am extremely dissatisfied as my car has not been worked on to be fixed. I was told the part (O2 sensor) has been on back order since April 7, when my car was evaluated. Anthony did state he would contact me when the part came in. I will state the communication has been better.
I did have an issue with communication when my car was taken in due to a lift ticker issue in late December 2022. I was told the part was on back order, then, as well and would be in a queue when it came in. I was never contacted and had to get it serviced elsewhere. I did not bring it to the attention of Anthony during this recent visit, as I am non confrontational. But I did express my frustration with this recent visit when I was told, once again a part was on back order and we are now a month out with nothing being fixed.
Overall, I will state I am dissatisfied since no work has been done to my vehicle as we are still waiting on the jeep part. But the communication has been slightly better.
Kyle is an excellent advisor. He was very customer service focused, he listened to my needs made recommendations for me and met my needs 110%. I’d recommend Airpark Jeep service and specifically Kyle Heckathorn to everyone.

I would say the process was perfect, and it was all because of the service provided by Richard Small, the service advisor. Only thing I would mention... it was busy and limited parking when I came to pick it up, but I expect that with Airpark being the great dealership they are. I just left a 2nd 5-star review on Google, but I wanted to let you know how professional Richard was throughout the process. I really don't like dealerships, but ever since I bought my Ram 1500 from you guys back in 2016, everything has been spot on. Please let Richard know how awesome he was throughout the process of getting my truck repaired and out the door, he is a key reason why I'm a loyal customer of Airpark and will be buying a new truck next year from your dealership.

I explained my issue when I made the appointment. I was not told my car would have to been held overnight for the diagnosis. I have another Chrysler store that can fix the car while I wait. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME coming to Airpark. Your service rep Anthony needs some serious people skills training.
He couldn’t care less that I had to bring my van to another Chrysler store to be repaired. Additionally, I had an oil change and tire rotation and one of my lug locks is missing.

Contractor for car wash on the other hand did a horrible job. Car after “washing” was almost as dirty as before:-(. One would never consider that washed:-(

It’s very frustrating that it took 3 hours for a simple oil change that we had an Express appt for. Also, our $15 Lyft voucher didn’t work and our rep didn’t seem to care when we brought it to his attention before and after we used Lyft. We would have planned our day much differently if we knew we were going to be there for nearly half a day.
