I would appreciate having customer service contact me. I purchased your extended service plan when I purchased my Jeep from Airpark. With the pandemic I did not put on enough miles to qualify for an oil change. I called to take advantage of my free oil change but was told I did not have enough miles on the car yet. When I reached the 25,000 mile service mark, I brought it in this week and found out the remaining oil change "expired". It does not seem right that I tried to use it, was told there was not enough miles on the car, but when there were enough miles it was not available. The other dealerships in the area are posting back one or two oil changes that people lost due to a lack of using their car during the pandemic, especially for those of us who were first responders sleeping in hotels close to the hospital for the last couple of years to isolate from society and not bring anything home. Gary provided me the number for customer service. I called yesterday. After being on hold for 40 minutes, the agent put me on hold and cut me off. I called back, on hold again for 52 minutes, and when the agent went to transfer me to someone else, I was cut off again. I would either like to have someone from customer service call me directly to discuss this further OR please send me a mailing address or email address where I can pursue this further. I would be happy with one routine oil change being put back on the books to get my next scheduled oil change covered on my account. This is not Gary Wonner's issue, he tried to help by giving me the toll free number to call. This is a situation at the customer service center. Thank you. Lynn B

I cannot say enough about the service I received. I was in a tight spot where my trailer lights weren’t working and I was leaving the next morning for Wisconsin. With a little or no notice, the guys got me in and on the road. Thanks again!
