John always goes above and beyond. We have 2 vehicles serviced at Airpark. He has never let us down, and we have been working with him for years.
My vehicle has been in the shop since Wednesday and nothing has been completed.
My vehicle was down for about three weeks for radiator replacement and holes. As well as a strut replacement. According to most dealers ships this is not a three week process even with supply chain delays. In addition, two pieces on my vehicle where taken off and not replacement. I made Joe and Gary aware of at least one issue. The other issue I unfortunately discovered washing my Jeep. Although, Kerri and Todd where great does not excuse the fact my vehicle overheated, because a proper diagnosis was not done after the original issue of the holes needing to be replaced. I am hoping bringing my concern to you does not result in future poor customer service. As I am aware a lot of people might blame me for trusting them with my vehicle and when I make am honest complaint that is backed only by facts they might retaliate by proving future poor customer service. In conclusion, I am not happy with Joe nor the technician that worked on my vehicle. However, Kerri and Todd were great and I would not doe business with Joe nor allow the technician to touch my Jeep ever again. I hope you respond by fixing the two pieces that were taken off immediately. I sent pieces to Addision. Or, someone who emailed me about my service.
Kyle was great. My suggestion is to have the admins not call those of us who have MPP until closer to the 7 month mark for oil changes. The service guys have to work harder to get those approved. MPP covers oil changes every 7 months, but I had admins calling me in April to make an appointment that want due until June, but I came in early because I thought it was ok.
John is always so kind & up front about everything. And so helpful. Super nice guy!
My experience with Gary has been great and way better than anything I’ve had. He has always been responsive and up front about everything. My previous two advisors were not and I would jot recommend John Otero nor Jeffrey (Stetson) Peterson to anyone with an issue. Gary listened and was responsive on all requests or issues.
