Well first of all the $15 Lyft credit isn’t enough to get me home after I drop off the car and to get back to pick the car up when finished. Next time I’ll sit in the waiting room.
Secondly, I was supposed to have oil change and tire rotation but technician didn’t do tire rotation because my tires need replacing. So I lost out on tire rotation which is included in my Mopar oil change package. And he said my brakes were at 5 but just had rear brakes replaced by air park in 08/2023 so when I asked Gary how that could be he said maybe since tech didn’t take my tires off he didn’t get a good view of brakes and just eyeballed them.
So when I bring my car back on Friday to have new tires put on, tech is supposed to check brakes more thoroughly. In meantime, in meantime,
I went to a different tire place for tire estimate and they said my Goodyear tires have a 65,000 warranty and I’ve only had tires for 30,000 miles so Goodyear will refund me $$$$ to use toward purchasing new Goodyear tires. So now I don’t trust Airpark Jeep anymore because I have always had my Jeeps serviced at Jeep dealership in WI and never had issues until Airpark

There were no issues leaving the dealership however 2 days after getting a “clean bill of health,” my transmission light turned on again causing me to pull over due to my car overheating.
