John is the reason I continue to go back to the dealership. I could probably have the service done less expensively but the service John provides keeps me coming back!!

I picked up my vehicle and the passenger side rear wheel had a screw in it. I had to have the spare put on so they could patch my tire as I was told it would take a couple of hours - the service bay was too busy. Then I had to return again to have the repaired wheel put on. I’m disappointed my vehicle was not ready, that I had to return to the dealership to have the issue resolved and that I now have a repaired tire due to an error on the part of the dealership with only 3500 miles on the vehicle.

I was disappointed that I had to wait for so long before Joe could help me. Apparently, when I scheduled my service online, I got assigned to someone else who wasn't working at the time of my appointment. Joe did do a great job.
I explained what I thought problems were and those words were explained in the diagnostic, as if I’m a mechanic. Saying customer states ac blower motor is out , how would I know that. I told them what was happening , not diagnosing.

Communication was horrible. I was left in the dark the entire 4 days my car was in the shop. I had to call each day to get an update. Simple text with status would have been easy and acceptable.

Coming into the dealership, I was in a panic knowing that I had a trip planned the next day. As soon as I met with Kyle, immediately I was put at ease. Kyle was top notch in all aspects of his position. Kyle delivered amazing customer service. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days. He was engaged, attentive and went above and beyond what was expected to make this situation a breeze. Kyle isn't being paid enough for what he's doing for this team! A bonus and a raise are in order!
