The work on the vehicle took too long, and when I got it out of the dealership, I found it the back up camera was not working. that problem was fixed the next day, and I was not charged for any of this which was a good thing. Joe was quite gracious in not charging me, and the problems were probably beyond his control.

Joe is great and I have no complaints, but I do feel that my Wagoneer should be washed and fuel topped off for a warranty item not just a recall item. That seems like you are splitting hairs. What really is the difference? Either commit to do what the company says it will do or don’t say it as part of Jeeps policy. I mean its a $90+K vehicle.

Kyle is great but the issues we’ve had with our brand new 2023 4x E have been extremely frustrating. We’ve only had it for 6 weeks and it has been back to the dealership twice for a total of 8 days.
