Your service takes much too long. I purchased from you for the service and it's very inconvenient. However I will say that if not for Anthony in the office I would have stopped dealing with your dealership.

I have been a long time customer of Airpark Jeep . After 10 years of going to the service department at Airpark they have not changed a thing . Airpark service department is old and falling down . It is time for you guys to update the facility . It is by far the worst Jeep service facility in Phoenix . They have not spent one dollar in 10 years to update the existing facility . Actually it is shameful . It really affects the customer experience. You need to renovate the service department. Your mechanics are still working outside in 118 heat with No air conditioning. Every other Jeep store in Phoenix spent money on their service department years ago . I cannot understand why it is not more of a priority .
