Saying my warranty is void when nothing was on my damn Jeep to void it when I brought it in.
Gary Wonner was professional and friendly. He exceeded expectations and I would go back to Airpark just to work with him.
Please bring back the complimentary car wash! We are way past covid excuses so get back to providing this exceptional service…this would put Airpark dodge back on the top of the list and customers would then be COMPLETELY SATISFIED.

This seems excessive. I do appreciate the rental car since I needed to have surgery this week & would have had to get transportation to the Doctor’s surgical center. My daughter was able to take time off from work to drive the rental car to the doctor’s.

I asked to be sure the window washer fluid was filled as the last time I was there it wasn’t done. I was specific. It wasn’t done today either. I left a second truck with Joe for the same service and warranty work and I will hope more attention is paid to detail this time!! Very unfortunate that standard checks are missed!!!!
I arrived on time for my scheduled appt. I was told they would not be able to get to my car for 4-5 days and to bring it back.
