John was great. We are still having issues with the tire sensor. Went to replace my tires today and one of them was broken. Can I get reimbursed for the $40 I paid today to replace it?

- PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR.
- I wanted a diagnostic and a quote without my warranty getting involved first. Service person became very passive aggressive and did not listen to what I asked. Kept trying to push me to give the warranty information. I tried to explain multiple times that my warranty has a deductible and if the service was less than the deductible I wouldn’t need my warranty. I did not want to provide warranty information yet because it was not warranted.
- I received only warranty quotes. Apparently there is a non warranty and a warranty price but the quote I received matched exactly what the warranty price would have been.
- Service person became incredibly passive aggressive when I stated currently my warranty is trying to deny coverage. So I need to pick up my vehicle because I need to file an appeal with my warranty service.
- I do not feel welcome at your dealership anymore even though I’ve been upfront and explicit in what I was requesting from the very first phone call. It’s unfortunate because I would have continued taking my Jeep there for service as needed and I am planning on buying another Jeep when the time is right to replace my car. The direct contact with that service person definitely sent the message that I should perhaps avoid coming back in the future.

I appreciate getting it into service however, it was completely trashed with dirt outside and inside from the storms 5days and disappointed how I received it on pick up

Anthony Gatta is a top-notch employee at AirPark. His professionalism and courtesy is what is needed more of in the workplace today. Please consider giving him a pay raise/promotion, as people like that are hard to find!
Kyle went out of his way to make sure the car was taken care of properly since it’s not just a run of the mill vehicle.
Anthony, as well as initial service scheduled, were fantastic. Aligned all the coordination for multiple recalls, including inspections, and communications and customer service were top of line!
