Joe was legitimately the best service advisor I have ever had. He was very patient and helpful. I can’t thank him enough for everything. He helped me through my anxiety with my jeep and made me feel more comfortable with the repairs. I will be definitely coming back for any future help with my jeep. Thank you Joe!!!!!

Garry was a huge help! He is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose a problem that was being looked at by previous service managers multiple times. He is very responsive and detailed. It was my first time working with Garry as the previous service rep I was working with is no longer on the team. Thanks Garry for making my service apt for my Jeep gladiator easier.

Serv Rep, Joe, was likable, helpful and professional. I hope recall repair was done properly. Time will tell. I was appreciative of Joe ‘s offer to give me $15 credit to get Lyft back to dealership when our vehicle was ready. Fortunately, I was able to get my own ride. My husband and I were grossly displeased w pitiful hand wash/ detail service on our Jeep to make up for shotty wash job performed at our first visit, against our wishes. Todd L. said he would be sure to make it up to us with a great hand wash/detail job in the future, but he appeared very disinterested when it came time to deliver on his promise on our subsequent visit. And, the result was pitiful - smear marks on paint, dirty windows and wheels filthy, appearing untouched. I believe your shop owes me $70 to restore our vehicle to the condition it was in when we first brought it to you for service. Hope you run that one by Todd and see if he’s a man of his word- or not. I’ll look forward to hearing back from you.

The service and warrantee documentation were handled in an excellent manner. The only issue that I would like to pass along to the management of Airpark Jeep/Chry is the lack of traditional customer service by the dealership in terms of customer transportation. The deletion of a transport van/driver is a false economy. The move to Ober/Lyft services may have helped resolve customer complaints regarding wait times you apparently did not appreciate the costs of that solution. So may I suggest rather than sustain the loss of business by leaving the customer to fend for themselves you reconsider a van or two and the hourly wage of the drivers. Given the alternative between no service or some time delay I suggest your customer base would choose the latter. Finally, I would like to comment your service representative Richard Small for going the extra mile to handle my service in an efficient friendly professional manner.
