The service department has my grand Cherokee for 2 days and did not fix the issue. I came in with the Service 4WD and Service electronic stability system lights on. My service advisor saw the lights on. They had been in for 4 days. They cleared the codes and said they could not replicate and there were no codes for at least 100 miles. Off since they were on when I arrived. They completed an oil change and tire rotation only. Within a half hour of having my vehicle back, both lights came back on and stayed on. Now I will have to figure out alternative transportation again. Very frustrating and disappointing

The service team changed the wrong tires and put the new tires in the back instead of the front, regardless of Gary’s notes.
I’ve also brought this specific car in for service ~3 times and not ONCE was I told about a big 30,000 mile service that is recommended. Completely sprung that on me too.
I absolutely love my car, but based on service alone, I would never buy a Jeep again.
