Kyle has been the best service rep I have ever had at your dealership
Kyle Heckathorn is AMAZING and always goes above and beyond to make a difficult situation bearable. He is a true asset to the service department with his calm and kind demeanor. Kyle is always thorough and makes me feel taken care of with great customer service. The service manager on the other hand never returned my call. Kyle even told him I wanted a call after mentioning how he never returned my call after leaving him a message. He still didn’t call. When I had to bring my truck back for another safety recall yesterday the service manager made eye contact with me and looked the other way. This dealership should be embarrassed to have a service manager who won’t engage with a customer. He shouldn’t even have that title if he wants to avoid the customers.
Kyle is so helpful. Not only does he know the product, but he seems genuinely interested in helping his customers figure out how to get back on the road.
Airpark jeep has been and always be my go to for service. They take care of their customers well. Kyle was extremely helpful and accommodating and went above and beyond to get me back on the road.
Very disappointed that you don’t have a courtesy vehicle. Will not be buying another vehicle from you & will be trying to go to a Jeep dealer for any warranty work that provides a courtesy vehicle for their customers.

Richard did an outstanding job. He is very accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend him without qualification.
Anthony is professional but compassionate! He is responsive when called or text. He is also patient. Allowing a customer to vent about problems unsolved that has nothing to do with him. He remains calm, understanding and kind.
First when I came in. They were very nice to me. But I asked them how much will it cost to diagnose my problem? She told me $165. Then when I came? Can they send you to pay $975? Which I was shocked and the manager was rude. And they tried to get me to pay. Can I was very upset? I will never go back to this place.
Richard Small was polite and professional, couldn't ask for more. If I have to have other services in the future I would like to have him again as my service rep.
