Richard was very helpful but the system in general is always so chaotic. It is difficult to wait 15 minutes to be checked in. Always frenetic pace at drop offs and pick ups.

I contacted Joe last week, I live out of town and was coming in for an air conditioning concern. I was only going to be here for one full day, and Joe said they would do what they could to give me a quick turnaround. Fortunately, the parts were available in town; and once the parts were received his service crew got busy and and had the car ready before closing time, enabling me to keep my schedule. The dash need to be partially disassembled, and I was concerned that it would be reassembled well enough to be unnoticeable… I was very pleased to see that the dash looked like it had never been touched. Everything in working order, and the interior looked as good as ever. I very much appreciate the professional repairs… thanks to all at Airpark Dodge…
