Richard is a great service advisor. He does his job very professionally and always keeps me informed.
He has taken care of issues with the vehicle and goes above and beyond to make sure the car is working and looking its best. He is the reason I keep bring my car back to the dealership for service.

Service recommendations on a vehicle with 28000 were a joke , it’s under warranty . I’m in the car industry and it’s sad that dealers cannot be honest with clients
Joe was excellent. I ended up not having service done because I needed the car back the same day and it sounded like it might not be until Thursday before they could take a look at it. No big deal we’ve ordered a part and I’ll bring it back in in January or February whenever the part is here.
Kyle should be the standard of customer service. He is honest, sets reasonable expectations, communicates news even bad news well. I continue to be impressed with every visit.

The service was good and timely and I thought meeting your customers with a request for water was a nice touch. Joe Acevedo was very helpful, friendly and a good representative of the dealership but when I went to pay my bill there was an employee (definitely not Joe) who was asleep at his desk. Not great.
Kyle is familiar with my vehicle and has always made sure everting is taken care of and keeps me informed of everything that needs to be done. He is the best.

There is no need to contact me! Airpark didn’t do anything with my car, they had it for a day and half and I wasn’t even given an estimate on the issues I was having it never got looked at, so I came and picked it up.
