Kyle is an amazing advisor got my car taken care of quickly and efficiently
My car was under warranty and John never told me that my rental car should have been paid for even though I told him I needed a ride to enterprise to grab a car. And wasn't till after I rented that I found out that Iit should have been covered under warranty. Then he gave me some slack about it. Not great customer service there. Enterprise said that I met all the qualifications for the rental and should get reimbursed. Supposedly from John I am supposed to get refundedfrom enterprise after he went and talked to someone in the office. Hope that happens.
Drove the car this morning. There is a tapping noise as if oil were low. After $4k in repairs it is unacceptable
Greyson was very patient and helpful. I thought the young man that greeted me at my arrival was wonderful. I don't have his name. Want to make he is also recognized. Thank you!
