My car was under warranty and John never told me that my rental car should have been paid for even though I told him I needed a ride to enterprise to grab a car. And wasn't till after I rented that I found out that Iit should have been covered under warranty. Then he gave me some slack about it. Not great customer service there. Enterprise said that I met all the qualifications for the rental and should get reimbursed. Supposedly from John I am supposed to get refundedfrom enterprise after he went and talked to someone in the office. Hope that happens.

Drove the car this morning. There is a tapping noise as if oil were low. After $4k in repairs it is unacceptable
