Kyle Heckathorn is the best. I recommend his dutiful car care experience over everyone else. I get so excited when he services me. It’s lnot like when you go to other places and just get your pants pulled down and rammed right in the wallet. Kyle makes it painless and almost pleasurable. Having Kyle service me is like the comforting feeling I get when I welcome an old cellmate while getting transferred around different state penal institutions.

I called the day prior to get a quote on more comprehensive service appointment and fortunately I got Greyson. Greyson was very knowledgeable of the services I inquired about and spoke confidently about the process. He provided an accurate quote, expectations of what to expect and was able to accommodate an early appointment. Most importantly Greyson was even better in person the next day for service and even the final price was a tad under the quote. Greyson to me can be a great ambassador and trusted service writer for Jeep. He never tried to sell me a thing in the traditional sense and seemed to understand what most don’t, you sell through valuable and impressionable client engagements. I normally would not write reviews but give a lot of credit when due. I sure hope you what type of asset you have here in Greyson and should look to develop it and use as a baseline for others development. The industry has unfortunate perceptions warranted or not that can be difficult to deal with at times. Greyson cut through all of those. Very nice job.
