I have been servicing my Jeep at your location for going on 3 years and it just gets worse and worse. Last week I had an oil change and I got an oil change. Joe checked us out and I didn’t get the multipoint inspection report but Joe said tech was working on it and he would text and email it later. Never got it. So then I checked under hood and sure enough windshield fluid had not been filled! So I do not even know if an oil change and tire rotation was even done or I just got swindled. And I was told with every service I get a free car wash. Never got the car wash either! Your dealership **** big time. I moved from Madison, WI and the Jeep dealership there way 100% better than yours and they never lied or did not perform the services that they charged for. You guys are not trustworthy!

Gary in the service department was exceptionally helpful. Gary went above and beyond in helping us get our Nirto back on the road. His professionalism, knowledge, and rank as senior service rep had help make our situation with somewhat recalled gas tank developed a leak became our daughters nightmare in driving herself to college, we turned to the dodge dealer ship and found Gary and it’s been a smooth ride from the beginning to the end. The disappointment was that you wouldn’t rotate my tires because they were 5yrs old i bought from you and they were more than a year old when you installed them. I am 77yrs old if I hurt myself rotating the I will send my lawyer to see you. Not rotating tires I bought from you is unacceptable.
