John is and has always been a phenomenal asset to your organization-he is the main reason I return-I find him trustworthy and responsive to requests. I just wish the product (the truck) and the manufacturer (Ram) were as reliable as John. The quality issues I am currently experiencing with the truck are disappointing for a 4 year old vehicle with less than 60,000 miles, and the lack of assistance from the manufacturer is endemic in today’s approach to “quality”.
