I thought my 2020 Jeep Wrangler rubicon had a auxiliary battery and wanted to replace made the appointment and an estimate for job brought it in and waited for completion about 45 minutes later service advisor told me Jeep did not have an auxiliary battery It would have been nice if advisor looked into it and save me and your business time I am glad I don’t have 2 batteries

Communication wasn't proactive, I continually had to follow up with my advisor to get information.
I dropped my car off at 930 AM Friday. I attempted to contact Joe at 4 for an update, but the call went to voice-mail and I did not get a response. Texted Joe at 10AM Saturday and finally got a callback at 12:10. Prior to that callback I tried the Airpark service number, but no one answered the phone. I finally called the new car sales number and of course someone answered that immediately. Does no one work the service phones on the weekend.
Richard made everything super easy. His professionalism and customer service is unmatched. I love my Ram Laramie and will not take it anywhere else.

Anthony Gatta was 100% great! No problems with him. He is helpful, friendly, calm and did extra! also I appreciated the Loaner, everything was pretty easy! The only thing that wasn't perfect was it looked like the guys that installed my tires didn't remove all the slime that they slopped on them to seal them, or whatever that does. I am sure you will want them to take that extra step for your clients in the future. Thanks a million! :)
