Service was good. Tire was expensive.
Poor communication. Took longer than should have for limited work done.
My service experience was horrible, I was there at 7AM called the day before to ask for a car. I usually have an extra car I’ve never ask for a liner. I got in a situation I was down a car. I called to ask for a loner car. I had appointments.that day. I was told I could not be guaranteed a loner but you have a rental car onsite. After one hour of waiting I received a lime Green Rental. I was told at least 4 X not to put 500 miles on car bring back with 1/2 tank. Which it did not have 1/2 tank in it. I explained to service manager my jeep is dropping calls constantly. Car play drops music and calls rather your plugged in or on Bluetooth. I had my tech manager at work look at my phone. We wiped out all phones connected to radio. We looked for updates. I do not get a call back until 6 Pm I drive by my Jeep was parked in front. They said they serviced it. Did not call me back on the Jeep slipping out of gear.never mentioned that issue. Which I told them about at 7AM. I went in at 6:00 Pm to get my Jeep out of there after a rude conversation on the phone with Rep. he told me nothing was wrong with my Jeep. I pulled out 50 yards my hands free dropped my music. Again 1- mile down the road my phone call dropped. I have an appointment at a new dealership which I’m so happy to never return with our dodge ram, jeep or new 3500. I’m done with your service team all together. I will let everyone I know of my experience
Richard was excellent as always. Friendly and thorough. Got me in and out in less than an hour. Always a pleasure doing business with him.
I have a blown speaker in my dash. Called twice to make sure you had a speaker in stock so not to waist my day driving there for nothing. I was told you keep those in stock. After waiting over an hour to repair it. I was told the part was NOT in stock and they would call to schedule an appointment when speaker came in. Totally waisted my time. Very dissatisfied!!
Joe exceeded expectations along with training another employee. Both made the visit to the service department quick and easy! I give both 5 stars and will recommend service department to friends and family. Keep up the great work!

Anthony Gatta does a wonderful job at taking care of his customers. He is extremely professional, very attentive, and really listens.
