The service agent answering the phone on Saturday for the service dept was rude, unpleasant and lied to me. He said my battery was not covered under my warranty and i would need to pay and not bother to bring my vehicle there was no one to to help. However Anthony Gatta was very helpful

Your service team was more focused on getting me off the phone and on my way than genuinely trying to solve my problems.
I called numerous times to try and trouble shoot how best to get my Jeep back up and running and at a minimum, get my Jeep transported to your dealership for assistance and repair. I ultimately handled things on my own in terms of mobile service and then brought my Jeep to your service department. From there, my continued disappointment didn’t end.
I will never work with your team again.
