Stevie & Gary are class acts in my opinion, Gary and I had that discussion before I left today and I told him that customer service is dying out these days and I would rather travel 40 minutes out of my way from Mesa than deal with any other Jeep dealer in the metro valley. Keep up the great work… I will definitely pass on the great experience!

The communication with Richard was terrible. My car was towed there by noon, and I had to call him at 4pm that day to check the status. He told me he would keep me posted and updated. When I called back at 5:30 that day to check if my car was ready, Richard had already gone, and the service guy was gone too. Richard didn’t tell me that they were probably keeping my car overnight. He finally called at noon the next day to tell me it was ready. When I asked him for next time to have better communication with me, he said, “yeah yeah yeah”, and brushed me off. He was a terrible advisor

Gary was fine, but the metrics/KPI side of the dealer business model kill it for me. Charging list plus on parts and then a very high flat rate(mechanics almost never do the job in the time allowed, but rather make time, as we used to call it) and considering that I was quoted on things to be done that didn't need to be done, like air filter and cabin filter, were pile ons. I think the dealer business model **** for the consumer. Further, what I thought should be a warranty repair wasn't, so there's that. Your KPIs and metrics aren't my problem. Lastly, I had been to the dealer before on the sales side a few years ago, before I bought this car, looking at a challenger. I talked to a salesperson with the last name Nixon. and I told her I was looking, but wanted to see how the ergonomics were(I'm 6'5), and wanted to sit in the car in the showroom. Some guy named Rob, who was the sales manager called me over to his desk and proceeded to interrogate me, why was I there, who I was and want my intentions were. I am from NY, so I am used to dealing with direct folks, but this guy was out of line. he's lucky. I was there with my wife and special needs daughter. It was inappropriate to say the least. I went to Airpark service because a coworker went there and liked Gary and Gary was fine, but he has to work with the system that's there. it's really out of his control. I ordered the necessary parts and I will do it myself at less than a third of your cost. Really lastly, don't tell me you're under new management. Warren Buffet owned your dealership when I went there and encountered Rob and he does now. Maybe this experience speaks to who he is, but then again, the vast majority of dealers go by the Steve Richards/Andy Elliot business model of predatory business models.
