Ben was helpful with pricing but I had no issues when my care was serviced 1-2 months ago. Since it returned from the shop, I noticed a rumbling noise. Now I wonder if it all could have been dealt with the same week and avoided wearing down the left break pads. Now that the damage was done it had to be fixed. Could the service have lead to this rumbling and then destruction of my breaks? We may never know.

Very good at calling and updating status. Also, really appreciated that he listened and followed up on a the lift gate sensor back order. He called and said it was in and said they could install it. Really liked his professionalism and good customer service!!!!

Having had unusual issues in my one person world (plus doggy) these days, such as mice attacking my garage and for a short time in my townhouse… Not to mention several other issues, all which could be worse, when I noticed that a lotta flys or whatever they are, maybe gnats, flying around in my car… because it was whatever??? I couldn’t believe how upset I got and rushed over to LEXUS, who took care of me immediately and set everything up and told me what to do… I was so happy with George and what his team did for my car… which is why, since 2002, when I bought my first Lexus SUV,I will continue to do so, as I love the service and appreciate your team so much!! I always have so many questions because there are so many new things in the car that may be used electronically! Thank you so much again! Good job! And my doggy is happy too! ????????????
