It has been 11 days, I still couldn’t get my car back. Even you complete the repair and get confirmation from my insurance company. Called and e-mailed every day, no firm schedule yet. Very very disappointed about your processing. Plus your company charge me $10.50/time for toll free on loan car, it’s so expensive and unexpected.

Another excellent experience with David Liss!! I had to drop off my car unexpectedly when the check engine light lit up on Saturday morning. But I have complete trust in David to take care of me and my Lexie, and faith in the service team to identify and solve the problem(s). Per usual, David kept me informed with check-ins and updates which I GREATLY appreciate. And all is running smoothly once more. Thank you!!!
