Mario always goes above and beyond for me. He is clear, professional explains things well. He is also extremely diligent. We had to go through insurance this time and Mario was in constant contact and kept me fully informed and in the lloop. Lexus makes an amazing car, but I also buy a Lexus because of the service department, And people like Mario keep me coming back
