Timely great communication Really impressed by the video and Michael. Thoroughly would like to work with him again, fast, empathic, professional, and thoughtful. He was very kind to my wife who is 38.5 weeks pregnant. I have high expectations from Lexus and he represents tbe brand well. He is also you can tell a good human.

Benjamin Nino has been my service advisor since 2025 and I am so lucky to have him care for my 2025 Lexus ES300h. He constantly goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of. David was very courteous and professional. I have not had a bad experience. This time I had to pay for gas in the loaner. Which is totally my fault for not putting gas in because I did not know what type of gas the car took. But I got a complementary car wash and vacuum. So I will look at it as I paid for the car wash. Thank you so much.

I appreciate the report and the first time receiving a video My suggestion for the video is that it move slower so I can better understand what I’m looking at. In addition if Voice is available, that would be equally beneficial. Thank you.
