Ben addressed all of my minor concerns. He is very friendly and courteous! Because I was early when I picked up my car, there were no sales people on the floor. He looked up how much a 2026 UX300 hybrid was. It was the loaner car I used.

Intake and service were great, the staff is excellent. I was annoyed at a company policy that stated a hole a fire blanket caused by rodents needed to be replaced at a cost of over $10,000 where a simple patch would fix it. I am not going to make an insurance claim for something that has no bearing on the function of the vehicle.
