Having had unusual issues in my one person world (plus doggy) these days, such as mice attacking my garage and for a short time in my townhouse… Not to mention several other issues, all which could be worse, when I noticed that a lotta flys or whatever they are, maybe gnats, flying around in my car… because it was whatever??? I couldn’t believe how upset I got and rushed over to LEXUS, who took care of me immediately and set everything up and told me what to do… I was so happy with George and what his team did for my car… which is why, since 2002, when I bought my first Lexus SUV,I will continue to do so, as I love the service and appreciate your team so much!! I always have so many questions because there are so many new things in the car that may be used electronically! Thank you so much again! Good job! And my doggy is happy too! ????????????

Randy was very courteous and helped me to get my appointment for service on schedule. Service is very good at this facility.

Randy was fantastic! He was cordial, professional with a wonderful sense of humor, which made my experience great. What I appreciated very much was the way he diagnosed what my car required in terms of service. He was attentive to safety measures and making sure my car is in top condition especially since I have a long drive to another State. I felt valued as a customer!

David was great. The service took a little longer than expected but David was super apologetic and I ended up taking a loaner so I didn’t have to wait and the service team didn’t have to rush. I was happy with the customer service and communication.
