I have to say I have not had that from the dealership in the past few years it’s refreshing to have someone who responds to voicemails. He also was able to get the part that I have been waiting for since my last service that nobody ever called me back or said it was in.

I have brought my newer gx550 overtrail plus (quite expensive suv) in for service 3 times now). One time was flawless, but one time the scratched the bumper. Since it was not in their check in video they had it fixed. Today I brought it in again, and when I picked it up it had about a 1 inch scratch on the hood. I asked the service advisor about it, and he said I am always trouble there and have issues and should take my business elsewhere. He also said his techs reviewed the video and that it was there prior. So I asked if we could review it together he stated he was busy, and that again I should go to another dealership but if I waited in the waiting room he would see me when he had time. After about 15 minutes he came, we reviewed it with a service tech, and they admitted it was not there prior. He then apologized to me said he had a lot on his plate but again said since we keep damaging it I suggest you go elsewhere once we fix it. I am attaching a picture of the scratch, as well as a screen shot of the same exact spot from their check in video. To say I was embarrassed while he said this in the service department with others around is an understatement. Really they blamed me and basically said I was taking advantage of them, then showed me the video proof it wasn't me lying. I got a handshake and an apology but wow what customer service.
Team was excellent start to finish.
