There is no doubt you have performed the necessary oil change, several filters replacements, and several inspections with the utmost skill. The problem is that these tasks should not have cost over 600.00, even for a Lexus. Are your cars really that more complicated than a Honda? I think not. That is the source of my dissatisfaction. Perhaps add to that problems with Bluetooth and phone connections never working from day one and now the rear tail gate intermitidly not working and you want 2,000 or more each to fix them? Someone is making a lot of $ on rather simple electronics.

After the service appointment, the car was returned with bird droppings on the windshield—which weren’t there when I dropped it off. Typically, the car is washed as part of the service, but this time it wasn’t cleaned and was returned in a messy condition.
