Alma my service writer is always so on top of things and most importantly she takes the time to listen to my concerns. It’s always a pleasure coming out to service at Putnam. Also very fortunate to have James O the master tech service my vehicle as I know I’m always in good hands! Great staff and service!!!

Don’t call. I just don’t see why I should have to wait 1.5 hours with an 8:00 am appointment for the first 5,000 mile checkup. Only a tire rotation, and inspection were required and performed.
