Alma was friendly and accommodating. She was patient ly waiting while I was looking for my insurance, which took forever. I finally found it. Great service and funny demeanor.
One complaint is that I was offered to replace my tires with OEM tires, which makes sense, but they are more expensive than better tires. The nice part and what made me happy was I got better tires with price matching included so the deal was a good deal.

I was very happy with the service David provided. Additionally, I was pleased with how the other administrative staff assisted me with shuttling to and from the dealership while my car was being serviced.
1. I asked George if he could check the microphone on my car when I went to pick up my car. During my the recent service before this visit, I reported about the microphone automatically coming on and not being able to cancel it. He said he had a hard-reset done on it. Since then, I noticed that Siri was not responding by voice. I had chalked it up to possibly from the latest iOS update glitch until I found that Siri responded with voice in the loaner car. George’s response was if you pay $395, well check it. I’m not going to check it for free. He tone was annoyed and abrupt. He didn’t need to be so rude. He could have said it in a more professional manner. Then he continued to insult me by saying that I have an old car so I’m going to have a problem. If I want it fixed, it’ll cost a few thousand dollars. First, this is a 2021 model. I started having this issue in the second year of my leasing the car. I had always thought it might have been my cord. I have had Frederick then Mario as advisors and they were always professional and showed concern whenever I bring up an issue or have a question.
2. I have another issue when using a loaner car. I had my Fastrak pass and yet, the toll charge went to Lexus and I had an extra $4 something fee with it. My pass worked with the express lanes, but when going home from work, I have to pass through the San Mateo bridge. It don’t work in the bridge. Are all your loaners designed to override the vlient’s Fastral passes? This is a poor policy.

David was very patient and explained the situation clearly, even when snafus were not under his control (I.e., unavailability of tires that I was told were available when I scheduled the appointment, delays in services). I was given an estimate of $20,000 for repairs on my car. I was shocked by this amount and I am getting a second opinion.
