I requested the 70,000 mile service. I did ask the service advisor to adjust the rear gate to its maximum height. When service was done I paid the bill online and returned to the dealership to pick up the car. The cashier presented me with the various releases to sign. The cashier asked me if I had paid for the parts. I had only requested new wiper blades. The cashier then gave me a price of over $2,000 for gate parts, which I had not authorized. The service advisor did not meet me to explain the situation or text me before I picked up the car.

Randy is great! (And so are the others who helped me.) he explained everything thoroughly and followed up. He was absolutely wonderful when dealing with my old Lexus that ended up being declared a total loss by the insurance company. Randy was so helpful. Eda is amazing! I booked appointment online and there must have been a glitch in the system or some technical error, because on the day I showed up my appointment was not in the system (I did receive a confirmation email, though). Eda was super helpful and nice, and made it happen despite the website glitch. The entire process was smooth and easy. The work was done fast yet of a high quality! I am truly amazed by the level of service provided to me. I really appreciate it!
