Great service and very nice loaner car
Randy was very responsive and courteous. When I told them that I was sharing a noise that I couldn’t figure out what it was he immediately said that he would have a mechanic ride with me so they could figure it out. I was determined there was a bolt in my tire and so they replaced the tire and completed the servicing in a timely matter. Randy kept me informed of the steps along the way, and the cost involved.
This isn’t about the service, it’s about the car. The car was reset before I left. I made one stop-the seat went back when I turned off the car. I didn’t change any settings. When I got home, it didn’t work. There is something wrong with the car. It doesn’t affect my driving, so I’m inclined to let it go until the next time it needs to be serviced. Very annoying
Your Service Representatives are doing their jobs. I am frustrated that my RX350 at 104,000 miles has sustained such costly repairs in the last 18 months.($18,000.) I was advised to keep this car in good repair and that it may continue another 200,000 miles. Sadly, this has not been my experience.
My car broke down on Hwy 280 on Sunday. It was my luck to be able to pull over. Had I been in the fast lane, the car would have stopped. It was repaired at no charge, but my confidence level in both Lexus and the aggressive repairs and related expense leaves me more than disappointed.
Randall Solomon at Redwood City was great. Courteous and professional even though my car is a beat up 2013 Lexus.
The car seems to running even smoother on the road then it did before I brought it in! It this due to tighten items under the car?
David is a terrific representative for Lexus. He is polite and listens carefully to your concerns as well as explaining any unexpected issues that come up. He tries his best to
make the servicing as efficient as possible.
