David was awesome. He informed me that there were signs of rodents living under my car due to droppings. I never knew that something like that wpuld even happen. With his suggestion, I got the car fully detailed. My car looks like a new car. Service is impeccable!

George helped me most in understanding how an insurance related repair would be managed so that there were no surprises or delays when I brought the vehicle in and when I drove it out. The repair looks great. The vehicle loan was perfect: I think we've found our next new car. Please tell Robert **** in sales that we have found our next car for him to sell us! The woman managing the service desk when I picked up the loaner and returned it was great in every way during a busy time.

David was great! However, right after I left with my car and stopped at In and Out Burger which is very close to the dealer. When I got back in my car the battery was dead. David sent two guys to charge the battery, but I am confused to why I had a complete service and 10 minutes later after i left Lexus Dealer the battery was dead. As I mentioned, David was great! He is very thorough, pleasant and kind. Definitely a top notch employee.

Facility and maintenance seems fine. Customer interaction (from phone scheduling to service advisor to pickup) is poor. I am quite mild manners but interaction felt like I am a bother.

Found scratches on my front bumper area after the service, Putnam tried to deny its wrong doing, and tried to suggest the scratches were there before I dropped my car, but videos taken by Randy couldn’t reveal such scratches, then they tried to pull the videos of my car entering the service area, didn’t show either. I asked if they can see the scratches by visual inspection, wouldn’t they take pictures and videos when I dropped it off? By falsely accusing me made the scratches myself is just worse on top of making the scratches on my car! Maybe you should install camera to monitor how my car was serviced as well! This was the second car I dropped off here for service and got scratched, last time was my ES350, too unreliable! I can’t trust my car here for services any more!
