I was very happy that everything was on schedule. I got a great loaner car. But I didn’t need it for long because the job took less time than expected. And cost less. I’m very pleased with George and the service department.

I met Mike at the Service area and he explained exactly what was being serviced and provided a realistic timeframe for completion. He asked if we wanted to have the car washed and it was given back to us in like new condition. The service techs completed their work quickly. Overall the experience was fantastic.

Michael was outstanding, as usual. I had my 15k done with him a couple of weeks ago, but on Thursday, I had a bad flat tire late in the day. When I got into Putnam at 5 pm, Michael immediately had technicians assess the tire and had the replacement service and tire lined up for the next morning. He sent me home in an Uber and was there next morning to make sure that everything was ship shape, including a new wheel lock for my RX 500H. Bravo.

Eda was right on time to greet me and check me in. I realized I requested many service items by mistake and when I told her about my mistake, she had already corrected it on the service request form. I was very grateful for that and thanked her. I really appreciated Eda’s help to make the service experience an excellent one.
