The only thing I was not happy with, I got a text message from Putnam Lexus that my car was ready for pick up. I called like 3 times and no one answered the phone. I needed a ride to Putnam to pick up my car. I ended up taking Uber. I told the receptionist that you guys should refund me for Uber and they did. I was told dropping off and picking up was part of the service.
