The service was scheduled earlier at 9:30 but actual schedule was delayed until finished by 4:00. Finally the vehicle needed to be used without car wash and providing shuttle service. The customer paid Uber to come to the dealership to pick up.

My credit was charged for over $9 the same evening and I assume it’s the loaner car gas? I literally drove from the dealership to my work in burlingame which is only 11miles round trip and I haven’t gone to anywhere else with the loaner car. I was charged for the gas that evening. The gas tank was full and definitely it’s not over $9 which I was charged for. I will be calling the dealership tomorrow when it opens. I came in in Saturday, 6/20/26.
