David was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was considerate and helpful. One of the biggest deals was I came in with unfortunately a bad mood and left making jokes with him. I know this sounds a bit much for a brief interaction, but he managed to make my time there pleasant. Thank you.

The service itself was quick and probably very well done, however I went to get my car @5 and the service dept was closed. George didn’t inform me about closing hours for Saturday. Information said Lexus was open until seven. So, my car is still there because service doesn’t open on Sunday. That could have been handled better with a more detailed message.

When we picked up our car back, none of the things that were told would be done were completed. When asked why, the rep was at lunch and the team didn’t know. So we just paid the fee due and Ben never followed up. We left a voicemail and email. We are extremely disappointed by the service we received.

Michael is great. So professional and pleasantx. I have been buying cars from you guys for last decade. I really appreciate having the waiting room so I can sit there and catch up on my work in peace and quiet. A very nice gentleman - maybe your driver helped me find the password also for your network.
