The loaner vehicle was requested but wasn’t provided Intense fragrance was sprayed in the vehicle without Customer’s consent causing the customer migraines And overall unhappiness. Please ask people before you use intense fragrance Some people are more sensitive to smell then others And once sprayed the fragrance cannot be undone. My car is in the garage with windows down now 24/7 and I Cannot get rid of the smell. Otherwise qualify service and quality detail This smell ruined it all for me ((((
