My car mileage for the service was recorded incorrectly. It is off by 4000 miles. The mileage needs to be corrected in the records. It seems like my car was given the correct service that I requested though, which was 140k-mile service.

Appreciate the great service from all whom I encountered. Getting free use of a loaner car was unexpected and much appreciated. It led me to meet with a sales associate, Juan Nguyen, who sold me a Lexus NX 300h today.
