I had my struts replaced in 2022. Now I am being told the struts are "weak" and need to be replaced. I find that hard to believe and though Alma tried to address this in a letter, I have decided not to have the work done and will seek another mechanic's opinion. Alma's service is always exemplary, but I don't trust the integrity of the mechanics. I also had a battery replaced years ago and the next day the car wouldn't start. I brought it back and they said the battery was faulty. It was brand new. Another example.

Thank you for the excellent service I received today. Randy is very professional and explains everything well. I love how when I arrive. He’s always waiting with the tablet in hand ready to greet me. Check my car in keeps me abreast of the progress, and I’m always delivered a clean car.

I was told that my Lexus would be ready in 2 hours.My appt was at 8:15 am, and I was notified around 1:45 pm that it was ready. I missed a very important lunch with my 95 year old aunt in Folsom Ca. I was also never notified that a loaner car was not available for me, until I arrived,I was offered an Uber, then a shuttle to pick me up at 2:10 pm. I would of appreciated a call as to the status of my car and the estimated time of completion via text message.
