Everything went well. Until there was a mishap to get me to get a ride back to Lexus. Apparently there was a delay to get an Uber. Then when the Uber arrived to get me , my phone number was wrong. A Customer service rep phoned me. To let me know Uber had arrived .Uber had the wrong number . When I got in the car the Uber driver was rude saying he has a job and was waiting for me for 10 min. He wouldn’t have it , that there was a mistake. Drove fast and irresponsible. I hope Lexus did not give this guy a tip

Called in to schedule a car to pick me up from work in advance. Waited more than 30minutes for a car to come pick me up from work then realized a car wasn't coming to pick me up. Had to call back to schedule a different car to pick me up from work.

Question: Was the spare tire in the trunk tested for pressure? Report does not mention the spare tire under the “brakes and tire” section. I ask because when we had a tire failure and needed the spare, it was flat.

I had a great experience working with Randy. He kept me informed about my car and proactively took care other matters such as arranging my rides and a loaner car when the parts did arrive in time that postponed the completion of my repair. I am very happy with his services. J. Wang
