Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer engagement. Even more worried that I was almost tricked into paying for a non-existent issue. Very concerning that this type of actions come from a major dealership. I was told that a tire was beyond repair and there was an attempt to sell over $400 of services for nothing. This almost amounts to a scam. This should be escalated to management.

I was told the service would take 11/2-2 hours. At the 2 hour 15 minutes mark I went to ask about my car. I was told my service agent had gone to lunch. The woman at the desk went to find someone else to try and find out what was happening. After a while my service agent appeared and went to check on my car. It took forever. I’ve never experienced this before at Putnam. It caused me to be 45 minutes late for my next appointment. It’s like he just completely forgot about my car. I was not happy.

I believe the servicing of the car was great, and my car was clean. The welcoming was not as great. If this had been my first ever service appointment, I would have been sitting in my car for 10 minutes waiting to meet with George. I did not mind waiting, but prefer to wait in the lobby area. I also would like to be told if the maintenance time is going to be longer than planned; it helps me in planning. Separate issue, you are sending this survey to my husband’s phone, the reminder to fill it out to my email; I would prefer all notifications be sent to either my phone or email.

Randy came right out. I was 15 minutes late. He was very nice about it. He explained the service I would be getting. Next I went to get the keys to my loaner. That was a very smooth experience. I was on my in less than 15 minutes. When I picked my car up it was nice and clean. Overall a great experience!
