As discussed with the Putnam Service Manager, I have already shared this feedback, but I wanted to formally reiterate my concerns. My recent experience at your dealership was disappointing and fell far below the level of professionalism I have come to expect. From the very start, the conversation about a diagnostic fee set the wrong tone and made the interaction feel transactional rather than customer-focused. The representative also spoke to me in a condescending manner and, at one point, addressed me as “bro,” which I found unprofessional and inappropriate. He also made unprofessional and unfounded remarks by badmouthing another shop’s work, which was both insulting and completely untrue. This experience stood in stark contrast to my prior interactions with Winston and Mario, who have always treated me respectfully and worked with me in a collaborative and professional way. Overall, the interaction left me feeling looked down upon, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure future customers have a more professional experience.
