David was very patient with me as I asked many many questions about my is250 2012 with only 27,000mi. I wasn’t sure what to replace as many things degrades in time. I’m happy the fluids, oils, coolant and spark plugs were replaced and oil changed on brakes. Now I’m ready to go on a road trip.

I was charged 219 dollars for the oil change. My son just told me he had his oil changed at Serramonte Lexus and said they only charged around 130 dollars. Ours cars at both 2023. He thought you overcharged me. I guess next time I will try and be better informed. I am not saying your service is not good but perhaps on the expensive side.
