Fantastic experience! Michael was very accommodating. My appointment was for early Saturday morning, but I took my car in around 2:00, Friday afternoon. He took care of my car as efficiently as possible. When an opportunity arose, he had the service completed the same afternoon! It was a wonderful surprise since my neighbor was able to take me to pick my car up. She was not available on Saturday. I also need to say that the young man who greeted me when I arrived was professional and prompt when informing Michael of my arrival. He was an excellent communicator, explaining procedures every step of the way.

Key FOB does not open door or trunk. The key manually opens the door & starts the car though. Already spoke to Dave about this and will bring the car back in a few weeks
