I called Randy, and he provided steps to help me. My car was not able to start, he checked my profile, giving me number to call to tow the car per my warranty membership. The number he gave me directed me to a different number and I was asked to pay the tow fee first. The car got towed finally to the dealership, Randy took care of me and my car, and followed up with his manager to reimburse my tow fee expense. How I explained may seem very straightforward but when your car suddenly died, you called and got transferred one call to another call, paid upfront vs expecting the warranty covers it right away, all the stress, if I don’t have Randy there, it would be worse.

I’ve commented before regarding the outstanding service the Putnam Lexus team provides. They continue to do so. The mechanical service department, gold service detailing, and office staff are top level professionals. And!, Alma tops every service off with friendly assistance. Thank you Putnam. Well done.

Alma is easily one of the best customer service reps I’ve ever encountered. Time after time she continues to always go above and beyond in terms of her professionalism, her friendliness and overall pleasant demeanor. Alma always made sure that my Lexus was well-maintained and promptly returned my calls whenever I had any questions. I can always count on the best service when I know that Alma is helping me.
