Michael is always accommodating to resolve any problem with my car. He follows up regularly so you know what is happening and approximately when the work will be completed. I enjoy dealing with him and glad he is my service representative.
My experience dropping my car off with Alma was excellent. She was professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions. And my car was ready for pickup on time (before the estimated time) and looked great having been washed and the interior cleaned!
