Even after the last 2 visits where the car had to be brought back to fix cosmetic damage that had occurred during the service, there was a new scratch on the interior. This was not proactively noticed or brought to my attention. When I brought it to the attention of my representative he called a vendor to find out if and when it could be fixed. He has since confirmed it can and we are waiting to hear back from the vendor about when I can bring it back. That will the the 4th visit I will make to Putnam Lexus to fix damage that started with a basic minor service.

After the September 9th service, the brake squeaks loudly every time I use it to stop the car. It just doesn't sound right, and I want to bring the car back in to have someone look at it.
